Meet Lindsay Princer, PA-C

Lindsay Princer, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in otolaryngology (ENT) and aesthetic medicine. She combines advanced medical training, extensive procedural experience, and a detailed understanding of facial anatomy to help patients achieve natural, refreshed results.

While many injectors focus exclusively on cosmetic treatments, Lindsay's clinical background is rooted in the evaluation and treatment of conditions affecting the face, head, and neck. This specialized experience provides a unique perspective on facial anatomy, balance, and aging, allowing her to approach aesthetic treatments with both precision and safety.

Lindsay specializes in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, creating customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique anatomy and aesthetic goals. Her philosophy is simple: aesthetic medicine should enhance, not change, what makes each patient unique. Through subtle, elegant treatments, she helps patients look and feel refreshed, confident, and still authentically themselves.

Known for her warm, approachable style and honest recommendations, Lindsay values building long-term relationships with her patients and creating treatment plans that evolve alongside their goals over time.

When she's not in the office, Lindsay enjoys exploring New York City's restaurant scene, traveling, reading, and educating patients online about aesthetics, ENT, and wellness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Neuromodulators / Wrinkle Relaxers

What is a neuromodulator/wrinkle relaxer?

More commonly referred to as "botox", neuromodulators are FDA-approved injectable medications that temporarily relax facial muscles to soften fine lines and wrinkles. They are most commonly used for forehead lines, frown lines ("11s"), and crow's feet, but can be customized for treatment almost anywhere on the face or neck.

How long do neuromodulators last?

Results typically last 3-4 months. This depends on many factors such as the brand used and how quickly your body metabolizes the toxin. With regular treatments, many patients find their results last longer.

What brand(s) do you carry?

We offer both Daxxify and Botox because no single product is right for every patient.

Daxxify may offer longer-lasting results for some individuals and has developed a reputation for the "Daxxi glow," while Botox has a decades-long track record and remains one of the most trusted aesthetic treatments available.

Our focus is not on promoting one product over another, but on selecting the treatment that best aligns with your anatomy, goals, and lifestyle.

Do neuromodulator injections hurt?

Most patients say Botox feels like a quick pinch. The procedure is very tolerable and takes only a few minutes. No numbing is required, but we do recommend icing the areas to be injected. This helps to reduce pain, bruising, and bleeding. We will provide you with an icepack.

When will I see the results?

You may start noticing smoother skin in 3-5 days, with full results in about 2 weeks.

Are neuromodulators safe?

Yes, when performed by a licensed medical professional. Side effects are generally minimal and temporary.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
  1. Avoid alcohol, blood thinners (like aspirin, ibuprofen), and fish oil supplements for 24-48 hours before treatment to reduce bruising.
  2. Arrive with a clean face (no makeup in treatment areas).
  3. Let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any neuromuscular conditions.
Is there downtime after neuromodulator injections?
  1. You may have slight redness, swelling, or small bumps at the injection site, which typically fade within hours.
  2. You should stay upright for 4 hours after your injections.
  3. Avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas for at least 24 hours.
  4. Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, or hot yoga for 24 hours.
  5. Results will continue to improve over 1-2 weeks.
