Dr Patel is always very direct and efficient, and I really appreciate that. I get all my concerns & questions out, he addresses all of them, notes are taken, and he re-reads those before the visit (amazing!) and the next-steps are always clear. And all of this takes 20-30 minutes tops, with very little wait time.
